Peter Pan is an independent, registered pre-school that is tucked away in the quiet suburb of Manors, Pinetown. Our aim is to educate, develop and nurture young children in a safe, caring and stimulating environment, in order to produce happy, independent, empathetic and respectful individuals, who are equipped with a sound foundation for future learning.
Learning is encouraged by qualified teaching staff who promotes development through a structured programme, in a relaxed atmosphere. We endeavour to develop the children physically, emotionally and intellectually through play and interactive, fun activities. Our curriculum caters for the individual uniqueness of every one of them to “play to their strengths”.
- We accept children from the age of 10 months to 6 years (Grade R).
- We provide a stimulating and enriching educational curriculum.
- Our Grade R (school readiness) programme is CAPS compliant.
- The pupils are taught by qualified and dedicated teachers in a relaxed and nurturing environment.
- Our Grade R pupils feed into various Junior Primary schools, such as Atholl Heights, Kloof, St. Benedicts, New Germany, Sarnia, Westville and Lyndhurst.
- We offer a large playground that encourages children to ‘learn through play’.
- We provide Aftercare until 5pm, as well as Holiday Care.
- We have various extra-mural activities on offer.
- The school is available for hire as a party venue.
