Our teachers support young learners who may just need that extra helping hand in our Academic Support Unit whilst our bright learners can enter a Mathematics extension programme to allow them to ‘grow their wings’ too. Our school is a happy environment where the children settle easily and grow to become their best selves. We encourage our children to be the best that they can be by upholding our motto of “Do Your Best” and becoming fully involved in all that the school has on offer be it our Sport for Life or Cultural Programmes.
We have a fully-fledged teacher intern programme so that our educators and learners have an extra pair of hands to assist them in every way. Our children are encouraged to become active participants in our community outreach programmes so that this become a way of life for them.
Our new Academic Support Unit building reflects the modernity of your young child and was officially opened in August 2023. The building features our new Creation Station that facilitates Creative Problem Solving for this new generation and houses new Therapy rooms for our children that require extra assistance. KJP is also currently building a brand new Aquatic Centre that will house a fully compliant KZN Aquatics 25m pool. We look forward to welcoming you to our Open Day on the 7th of March 2024.
