Waterfall Educare is one of the very few, registered day cares and preschools that have stood the test of time! Opened in 1993 by Helen Spalding, a registered nurse, we strive to provide parents with the type of childcare they are looking for and their children deserve.
The staff and owners realise it is a privilege and an honour to be entrusted with the care and early education of your child. As parents ourselves, we understand and respect how hard it I s with having to leave your child in someone else’s care.
Our staff are all qualified, passionate and dedicated. We are registered with the Depts. of Health, Social Development and also Education.
Waterfall Educare is KZN’s on READ FOR AFRICA licensed pre-school. This amazing literacy programme ensures children receive the correct foundations and puts them well ahead of the pack! Our children entre Grade 1 at various private and government schools throughout the Highway area, where they almost always receive glowing reports from the outset. We keep our classes small so can unfortunately only offer a limited number of spaces to new children each year.
